An independent operator
You have already earned your spurs as an estate agent and have proven success in purchasing and sales, and then more specifically in the higher segment (> 500 k). You therefore do not need someone to hold your hand all day long and you enjoy being an independent operator. You also enjoy sharing your experience with younger colleagues and supervising them. You go the extra mile to make a client happy, even if this means having to work in the evenings or at the weekend.
Leaving your mark on our agency
We will give you the opportunity to leave your mark on both the organisation and your own work. Although we work hard, we also like to give you the freedom to organise your days yourself, based on what you are aiming to achieve. We are keen to learn from your experience and, conversely, you can rely on colleagues who have more than 10 years’ experience in the Amsterdam real estate market.
